1. Required Data Type
To take advantage of the download service available on the www.omnitechit.eu website and/or to participate in the Webinar meetings, the user has the right to confer his own data without which the service cannot be obtained. The requested data is: name, surname, e-mail address, company and possibly telephone contact.
2. Required Data Purpose
The data provided by the user is necessary in order to:
-Name, surname, email address to start the download of the informative brochure from the website;
-Name, surname, email address, company membership and possibly a telephone contact to allow registration to meetings/webinars and related event management.
3. Data Processing
In relation to the purpose indicated in this document, the processing of data will be carried out by means of computer and/or automated tools and of paper support and processed by the organization’s internal, properly identified and trained appointees for the mansion.
4. Users Rights
In expected cases, the user may at any time require:
• The confirmation of the existence or non-treatment of personal data concerning him,
• To view the personal data acquired,
• To know the origin of the aforementioned data, the purpose of the treatment, the methods of acquisition and the logic applied to the processing of the data by electronic and/or automated means,
• The updating, rectification, integration, transformation in anonymous form, limitation of treatment, opposition for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, and ultimately ask for and get the deletion without undue Delay, according to the rights enshrined in art. 15 ss. Reg. Eur. 679/16 which are intently here fully reported,
• To revoke, at any time the authorization to treat your personal data, without having any impact on the lawfulness of the treatment,
• The right to file a complaint, where the legitimate conditions are valid, to the competent authorities.

5. Retention of data
The user’s personal data may be retained for a period of time (generally considered reasonable) of 24 months from the time of completion of the activities relating to the contact itself. This retention period is functional, for the purposes of the Organization marketing initiatives (newsletter). After this term unnecessarily follows the deletion of the data. When the retention period of the personal data is over, the same will be deleted, anonymized and/or aggregated.
The prolonged retention of personal data is planned only for the scenarios where a possible judicial process is in act and an explicit request was received from the competent authorities in accordance with the applicable regulations in force.
6. Transfer of data abroad
The user’s personal data entered during the process of downloading the brochure will be treated outside the national territory and the countries belonging to the European Union, in particular by the company MAUTIC with servers located in the United States.

1. Tipologia dati richiesti
Per usufruire servizio di download della brochure informativa disponibile sul sito www.omnitechit.eu e/o per partecipare agli incontri Webinar l’utente ha la facoltà di conferire i propri dati senza i quali non è possibile ottenere il servizio. Tali dati sono: Nome, Cognome, Indirizzo E-mail, Azienda di appartenenza ed eventualmente il Contatto telefonico.
2. Finalità dati richiesti
I dati forniti dall’utente sono necessari al fine di:
-Nome, Cognome, Indirizzo email per avviare il download della brochure informativa dal sito web;
-Nome, Cognome, Indirizzo email, Azienda di appartenenza ed eventualmente un Contatto telefonico per consentire l’iscrizione agli incontri/Webinar e relativa gestione evento.
3. Modalità di trattamento dei dati
In relazione alla finalità indicata nel presente documento, il trattamento dei dati avverrà sia attraverso l’ausilio di strumenti informatici e/o automatizzati sia mediante supporto cartaceo eIl trattamento dei dati acquisiti sarà svolto da incaricati interni all’organizzazione opportunamente individuati ed istruiti.
4. Diritti dell’interessato
L’Utente potrà, in ogni momento richiedere nei casi previsti:
• Conferma dell’esistenza o meno di un trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano,
• Prendere visione dei dati personali acquisiti,
• Conoscere l’origine dei suddetti dati, le finalità del trattamento, le modalità di acquisizione e la logica applicata al trattamento dei dati mediante strumenti elettronici e/o automatizzati,
• Chiedere l’aggiornamento, la rettifica, l’integrazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima, la limitazione del trattamento, opporsi per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali ed in ultimo chiederne ed ottenerne la cancellazione senza ingiustificato ritardo, secondo i diritti sanciti dall’art. 15 ss. Reg.Eur. 679/16 che si intendono qui integralmente riportati,
• Revocare, in qualsiasi momento l’autorizzazione al trattamento dei propri dati personali, senza che ciò abbia alcuna ripercussione sulla liceità del trattamento,

5. Conservazione dei dati
I dati personali dell’utente possono essere conservati per un periodo di tempo (generalmente ritenuto ragionevole) di 24 mesi dal momento del completamento delle attività relative al contatto stesso. Questo periodo di conservazione è funzionale, ai fini delle iniziative di marketing organizzativo (newsletter). Dopo questo termine inutilmente segue l’eliminazione dei dati. Quando il periodo di memorizzazione dei dati personali viene terminato, lo stesso verrà cancellato, anonimi e/o aggregato.
Il mantenimento prolungato dei dati personali è previsto solo per gli scenari in cui è in atto un eventuale processo giudiziario e una richiesta esplicita è stata ricevuta dalle autorità competenti in conformità delle vigenti norme vigenti.
6. Trasferimento dei dati all’Estero
I dati personali dell’Utente inseriti durante il processo di download della brochure saranno trattati al fuori dal territorio nazionale e dei Paesi facenti parte dell’Unione Europea, in particolare presso dalla società MAUTIC con server situati negli Stati Uniti.
